The Ultimate Marketing and Content Retreat for Travel Advisors
ABC Islands
June 19-27, 2027
What if marketing your travel business was about more than just showing up on social media?
Most travel advisors are grinding away at content…posting reels, tweaking captions, chasing the algorithm…all while wondering why it’s not converting.
Spoiler alert!
Social media is just one piece of your marketing ecosystem, not the whole thing.
That’s the philosophy behind Summer Camp at Sea.
Imagine coming home from eight days in the Caribbean with exceptional content of YOU in destination, a multi-channel marketing strategy that works both online and off, and real partnerships with right-fit people of influence who are ready to open their platforms to you.
Not just more content, but a whole marketing ecosystem that finally works together.
Map Your Strategy
Before we leave, we get clear. Your positioning and the channels you’re actually going to show up on, online and offline.
Go Deeper
Sea days are for focused sessions and port days are yours to explore Aruba, Curaçao, and Bonaire.
Here’s How It Works
Arrive & Start Creating
Board the Celebrity Beyond in Miami, meet your fellow Summer Campers, and kick off the welcome event.
Leave With a Plan
You’re not leaving with a hard drive full of content and no idea what to do with it. Time to lock in your action plan.

About your Host, aka Den Mom
Hi there! I’m Rita M. Perez, a Latina and Autoimmune Warrior who has been in the industry since 2010 thanks to my Masters Degree and a trip to Tunisia.
I created Summer Camp at Sea because I kept seeing the same problems. Brilliant travel advisors who are incredible at what they do, worried they’re not attracting enough of the right leads, and when they do, struggling to convert them into the revenue they need to sustain their businesses.
My favorite part of Summer Camp? Creating the ultimate “you can sit with us” community, watching those lightbulb moments turn into real confidence, and seeing how incredible you look in your new content.
I’m also a huge fan of Game of Thrones, The Nightmare Before Christmas, most things nerdy, as well as working on puzzles and paint-by-numbers.
“The biggest bonus? You get to hang out with Rita. Enough said.”
— Alycen King, A King’s Daughter Travel

The Bottom Line
You didn’t become a travel entrepreneur to stay broke and invisible.
You started this business to share your expertise, attract dream clients, and yes, to travel 🙂
But you’ve probably figured out by now that posting on social media isn’t enough anymore.
You need to be visible across multiple channels, online and offline. You need content that actually features you, not just the destination. And you need a real plan for what to do with it all so it doesn’t just sit in your camera roll collecting digital dust.
Summer Camp at Sea gives you all of that. Eight days to capture exceptional content of you in the ABC Islands, draft the posts, emails, and pitches you’ll actually send, and build a multi-channel marketing strategy that works, not just on Instagram, but everywhere your right-fit clients are.
You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do, with the content already in hand to do it.
The question isn’t whether you need this.
The question is, how much longer are you going to keep marketing your business like it’s 2018?
